Post-WrestleMania Pushes Planned for Multiple WWE Superstars

As we previously reported, Daniel Bryan and John Cena are expected to go forward as the number-one and number-two WWE superstars following WrestleMania XXX. F4WOnline has recently published a report regarding other WWE superstars who are planned to receive major pushes following WrestleMania XXX, which will occur on April 6 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, La.

In addition to Daniel Bryan and John Cena receiving top-billing going forward, the website is reporting that Cesaro is in line for a massive push. In fact, Cesaro is expected to receive a marquee match at the annual SummerSlam pay-per-view. There are many other superstars who are expected to receive a push following the “Showcase of Immortals,” including Bray Wyatt, Roman Reigns, Batista, Randy Orton, and Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman.

It appears that Cesaro is being prepped for a big-time push heading into WrestleMania XXX, even though his plans for the 30th anniversary of WWE’s biggest show are not finalized. While it appears that Cesaro will go one-on-one with Jack Swagger at WrestleMania, nothing is set in stone. There also seems to be no indication on whether or not Cesaro will remain with Zeb Colter, or if he will undergo his singles-push on his own.

I find this so irratating. The back stage staff have played it safe recruiting previous dated A class wrestlers for wrestlemania. They have no confidence in pushing these wrestlers previously. Cesaro and Ziggler should have been A class along with Punk a long time ago.
If they push these wrestlers for the remainder of this year only then to make a batista vs triple h at WM31 to play it safe again it will be appauling.
They must look back at how they previously pushed wrestlers and let them lead themselves with confidence. Like Kurt Angle debut, he was soon WWE champion and they could have done something similar with Cesaro!
Anyway… The back stage staff need more confidence, trust and faith in the underminded wrestlers of today over the dated A class (clumsy) wrestlers like Batista

I’ll give Cesaro, but ZIGGLER?! You say you don’t want a bunch of old talent at the top, and then claim Ziggler should be there when he is just as old as Orton is (They are both 33). Hypocrite.

He never said Cena and Orton are washed up. Or anybody else for that matter

Technically no, but “dated” implies very clearly the same thing. Also, my comment was more general in nature; as almost the the entire IWC claims Cena and Orton should be out of the spotlight and Bryan, Ziggler, Cesaro, etc. should lead WWE into the future. That is ridiculous and hypocritical, as I said, they are barely younger than the Stars of today, how in the world can people say they are the future, and that Cena, Orton, etc should be out of the spotlight? How do people not see the hypocrisy in that view?

As I said before it’s not a matter of physical age, but character staleness. Orton v. Cena is a snooze fest only because it’s been done on multiple occasions especially for the belt. Now Bryant v. Ziggler for the belt is more exciting because it is fresher. I believe Cena and Orton can be just as exciting, they just need to brought out of their molds.

You seriously could not have read what this guy said ? What a narrow minded and hypocritical reply

        • Brandon Burton

Here’s a tip, look up the definition of hypocritical before you use it in public.

When fans say old we don’t mean age. We still root for Kane and the Undertaker. We’re referencing staleness. Ziggler may be Orton’s age, but he is twelve times more refreshing then the guy who was the youngest WWE Champion ten years ago. I say take Orton and Cena and shelf them for six-months to a year. Repackage Orton, and let them both loose.

Cesaro; Bryan; and the Shield are the ones than need the push right now. Bo Dallas is going to be an young WWE Champion very soon too.

Doesn’t matter, the WWE won’t have enough faith to actually hand him the belt, then the IWC will erupt in anger and try to hijack RAW with Cesaro chants and fail miserably. Remind you of anyone? Either way, hope he gets the best out of his so called “push”.

    cesaro deserve it

Okay not to nitpick, but this is not the 30th anniversary of WrestleMania. It is the 30th WrestleMania and the 29th anniversary of the event. This is a personal pet peeve of mine that I’m sure will rise up again and again.

    • Doesn’t Matter Really

Aren’t we all blessed that you’re here to point out to us your pet-peeves. Or perhaps nobody else cares but you.

        You’re welcome

WWE needs to have a Jim Crocket tag team tournament with all the single wrestling brought in as tag teams! I also think that the US title needs to change hands with an up and coming WWE superstar! How about converging TNA’s top stars and have atleast three of their top matches at WRESTLEMANIA and make it a five hour wrestling event! That would promote better wrestling amongst the two wrestling companies!
